Additionally, Jay has taken initiative to secure partnerships that have promoted the Cayman Islands globally, which has led to more exposure for the country. Furthermore, Jay is community oriented being part of the Cayman Islands Cricket Association, and volunteering for the Cancer Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
