CITA 2020 Board of Directors Nominees

 

On behalf of the Nomination Committee, I am pleased to present by sector, the candidates nominated for election to the offices of the 2020-21 Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) Board of Directors.

 

Except for the Land Based Attractions and Sister Islands sectors, there are two (2) directorships for each sector. In respect to Transport/Airlines Sector, in the continuing absence of two or more nominees, a motion will be made at the AGM to amend the Articles of Association to call for one (1) directorship which may be a more appropriate representation for the smaller number of operators in this sector.

The elections will take place at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association on 28th October 2020 which will be held at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman at 3pm.
