Annual General Meeting 2024-25

The Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) is calling for nominations for the 2024/25 CITA Board of Directors. 

The new board will be determined at the upcoming 2024/25 CITA Board Election held during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Please note the correct date for the AGM is Wednesday 13th November 2024 from 3pm - 5pm followed by a social(Location TBD). 

Nominations for all 2024/25 board member positions are due for submission to CITA by 5:00pm on Monday 14th October 2024, and can be submitted by hand to the CITA office or by email to director@cita.ky.

The CITA articles of association are clear that only members that have paid their association fees will be able to vote in the upcoming AGM. All CITA Members are welcome to attend this event, and members in good standing (or their authorized proxy) will be eligible to vote. If you are unable to attend, we urge you to grant another member in your sector or the office of the CITA, your proxy. Members unsure of their status of membership should contact the office.
