Tell us about Taste This Life.
What role does your company play in tourism? -
We fill the niche market for clients who would like to have an authentic restaurant quality dining epxerience, usually in the comfort of their own home; or at the beach or basically anywhere their imaginations can take them. We offer a more personal approach to local cuisine by representing our country through the food we present to our clients. It gives us an opportunity to converse and educate new comers about our little islands and all we have to offer from the locals themselves.
What are your future plans for Taste This Life?
I've recently accomplished one goal, which was to open up a scholarship funds for other local women who wish to study in the culinary field. We've done this through the Women In White Foundation. I'm also looking forward to doing some more international studies and local mentoring; and also working on a brick and mortar restaurant, so keep an eye out for us soon.
