It’s time to gather the key components for our next seasonal promotion, Fall Only in Cayman. The programme is designed to stimulate travel to the Cayman Islands from September to December with a focus on well-being offerings. CIDOT encourages you to submit compelling offerings that will stimulate additional business during this traditionally slower shoulder season.

Travel Window: September 4 – December 15, 2019
Booking Window: July 15 – November 15, 2019

What should you add as your offer?


Accommodations / Vacation Packages
Main Offer: Our objective is to aggressively promote the savings propositions of at least “30% off” or “5th night free”. Wellness Add-on: Promote a healthy life style and self-care on vacation, amplify if location offers fitness classes, water sports, or any classes/workshops that center around wellness. Call out if there are healthy or organic food options at restaurants on property. Possible ideas: Health classes/seminars. Special Health menus. Fitness classes. Arrange transportation to Mastic Trail.

Restaurants
Develop healthy and organic menu options that add a unique Caribbean flair and incorporate some of Cayman's most beloved dishes. Offer perks and other discount incentives. Possible ideas: Kitchen Visits, Chef Meet-and-Greets, 2-for-1 specials, free appetizers etc.

All Other Partners
Retailers, watersports & dive operators, attractions and rental cars partners are advised to submit compelling offers such as ‘a 30% off’ or ‘buy one, get one free’ savings.

The deadline to submit an offer for Fall is 5 July. To be a part of the initial campaign launch we will accept offers until mid July. Offers can be submitted by clicking here.
