Congratulations Jennifer Dodd for winning Restaurant Manager of the Year, at the 2016 Cayman Stingray Tourism Awards. Jennifer Dodd is a Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, and is a leader because she always puts the needs of her staff before her own. In her spare time Jennifer prepares and delivers meals to Meals on Wheels. Additionally Jennifer dedicates her time to the youth by volunteering every Saturday to teach cooking classes to Cayman's youth. Finally, Jennifer works with local farmers and fishermen to deliver a true farm to table experience.
