The 2021/22 CITA Board of Directors Election will take place at the CITA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Nomination Form Instructions:
There must be one (1) form completed for each candidate, who must be a CITA member in good standing.
A Director can only be nominated and elected as a representative for the Sector (as listed below) to which his or her business belongs. [Art.40]
For each person nominated, the following is required: identification of the sector for which the nominee is being proposed to represent, confirmation from the person being nominated, five (5) different CITA Members in good standing proposing the nomination, of which at least one shall confirm that they represent a Member within the Sector which the nominee is being proposed to represent. [Art.46.(C)] Nomination signatories must be the designated representative for their CITA member company, and must indicate that company’s sector.
