Icoa Fine Foods has been in business since 1997 and still going strong. Usually packed with locals they offer breakfast and lunch and in their bakery/deli area you can pick up quiches, healthy salads and desserts. Famous for their eggs benedicts and huge fluffy omelets they know how to set your day right. Freshly squeezed local juices are always on the menu along with homemade cereal and granola for the health conscious. The lunch menu boasts local fish and cassava chips and the Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich on their crusty artisan bread. No Cayman trip is complete without a stop at Icoa.
