Jae’s Food Vault is a 100% Caymanian owned food business that offers traditional Caymanian/ Caribbean dishes, Vegan options and unique Streetfood inspired by traditional Caymanian.
Whilst we can offer the traditional meal such a Cayman Style Lobster, Stew Conch or Cayman Style Beef, with rice and beans, etc. We have found that our streetfood options have become very popular as they are a smaller portion, cost friendly and kids love it. There are also Vegan options that have become very popular as the vegan community can now come out to events knowing that their diety needs can be met and respected.
