CDMS Limited was set up in 2007 so as to assist the International Tour Operator market in their efforts to grow their business to the Cayman Islands. Padraic Linnane, Managing Director of CDMS, had spent in excess of twenty five years working and developing relationships with the International Tour Operator Community in his capacity and involvement within the management of several hotels and resorts located both in New England, Grand Cayman and Jamaica, as well as with the executive management of most of the cruise lines that frequent Grand Cayman.
